해석) 그 일을 할 시간이 없을 것 같습니다.

be eligible to ~할 자격이 있는
ex) In addition, items of clothing that are eligible to be returned require the original receipt.
해석) 또한, 의류 제품을 반환하기 위해서는 원본 영수증이 필요합니다.

be liable to ~를 갚아야 (배상해야) 한다.
be liable for ~에 책임이 있다.
ex) All recently hired employees are liable to a fine if they do not receive a health examination by the end of the week.
해석) 최근에 고용된 직원 전원은 이번 주말까지 건강검진을 받지 않으면 벌금을 내야한다.
